Is it free to enter?Can I come to do my office work?

This place is located at the ground floor of the building.Open for general public and membership is available free of cost.Staff is very welcoming and helpful.This place has a wide range of books.There is plenty of space to sit.Multiple computers are available for use.This facility even has printing service available.It has a separate section for kids.

They won't let you plugin your laptop. Stupid. What's the point of a library if you can't study or work there.They have fixed this now and added extra plugs. Thanks!

It's a good library I usually go on every Wednesday. For my kid Rhymes classes

I ran into the library as had a visa appointment at the Spain visa office near by (there printers are down)…. I’m from Nottingham - (so first time in Manchester!) Without this email printed I wouldn’t be able to get a visa to Spain and I’ve already waited 3 months for the appointment!! Glen and Jennifer in the library could clearly see the panic on my face and even though their printers for public use were also down they came up with a solution and helped me out…. Thank you Glen and Jennifer - without your compassion and kindness today by you going that extra mile for a stranger’ today would have been a disaster - You changed that into an amazing day and we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts… Raaj and Iqbal

So disorganised book wise, the book shelves are a complete mess; the section labels bear no resemblence to what is actually there. Furthermore, so many books are not in the right place it is amost imposdible to find anything. Seems to me, just a personal obervation but it seems to be more intersted in being a community centre than a library. I know libraries are many things nowadays but please get the books in order first.

It’s a nice library but the books aren’t very organised which makes it hard to find what you’re looking for. Also I found the library to be really loud, not really the best environment if you’re wanting to stay there and read. On a positive note the staff were really helpful!

Very noisy. Not at all a quiet place. People only coming for chatting and meeting friends. More of a meeting place than a library

I had to jump on cause all I can see is moaners, complaining. I found it very good for books, I also had a very helpful lady help with printer etc, technology and myself don't get on. I've never had a negative experience in the library. When I was going to start a new group and had no room, they really went out of their way to help at a very reasonable rate. Then when they heard it was a community group, they gave it free, tea facilities the works. I'd have to put on my most creative lying hat to find anything wrong

helpful staff, cosy environment and plenty of computer equipment. I had problems with the print stations and the staff were patient and did their best to help me with the printing. Thanks!
