Today, I had an issue where yesterday I bought the wrong tin of biscuits. I got tea instead, so today I took them back to see if I could swap them.I spoke to the manager (Tom) about doing this, which he allowed me to do with no hassle or a problem.I found him to be very professional and friendly

Not much customer Service here. One checkout open. No café. More importantly no Toilets. This is not customer friendly having no Toilets. Some people need to go quickly. Not everyone is in good health. I heard an assistant tell a customer to go across to Costa. This is unacceptable. Mark's want our custom but closes shops in the town and then has no amenities after you've travelled to their out of town Food Halls.

The store is amazing clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful and friendly they have a cafe inside which makes incredible coffee.
