Todd Doors Store & Showroom

Two young male and female staff with glasses are very lazy and unprofessional,don't know everything.Rubbish door shop with rubbish staff.

Found Todd doors on Google & so pleased to find a showroom close by in Reading. Always so good to see before buying.Picked up my chalfont pre finished door today & am very pleased with my purchase plus my flush pull. The pricing is very competitive.Added bonus is that Frances could not have been more helpful.Highly recommended.

Staff at the store is very supportive however exchange and price match policy is not really in favour of clients. Our house is under renovation and we ordered 8 doors. We are allowed to return and place a new order however it’s not an option to price match on the same bill. I have had very good experience with some brands where they themselves inform customers and return the delta amount. Customer has to pay twice for delivery and then need to drop the doors.

Great range of products, very knowledgeable staff & we’ve received excellent service from Tilly, I’d go as far to say it’s the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. It’s been a pleasure to shop with TODDS doors.

Tilly (Branch Manager) has been amazing from start to finish. She has supplied all our internal and external doors for 1 of our projects over in Oxfordshire. The service and communication has been great at all times. Not to mention, Tilly has been super competitive on pricing.Moving forward, we will only use Todds' Reading.

I spent over £2350 on doors, unfortunately my builder measured 2 door incorrectly and these needed to be returned. The cost of the 2 doors was £167, Todd Doors would exchange but only if I paid a further £116, this was £58 for collection and £58 for delivery even though these were occurring at the same time!The only other option was to take the doors back myself to their central warehouse in Northolt, they do not stock any doors at their showrooms.I have dealt with many suppliers during the renovation of my home and this is by far the worst customer service that I have received.The doors that I have received are definitely not worth the premium price, would definitely advise going elsewhere.

After purchasing door furniture many months ago but forgetting to buy the latches I was impressed today by the how quickly they found my order and confirmed the right products.

Walked in on Saturday to a unfriendly feel to to the place, waited for around 10min to speak to the lady behind the dest who was with another customer.Neve once even looked in my direction or said I will be with you in a moment

Walked in the showroom with £2000 budget for my whole flat renovations this afternoon and not one salesperson asked if I need any help....... nevermind there is other places .....
