Mind-blowingly good service. Had an issue with a backpack and whilst the manufacturer was unable to help, WildBounds went above and beyond to make sure my issue was rectified. A real template on how a good company should be run. From the ability to reach out to them via WhatsApp to the incredibly swift and courteous replies, I couldn't be happier. Times are really tough, but WildBounds made sure they didn't add to the pain!

This shop is almost unique In the uk in that it stocks sierra designs equipment from the US . I had a minor problem during a cairngorms trek with a flex capacitor backpack (which is a great piece of gear by the way ) and it was resolved in the most prompt and effective manner possible . I shall be sourcing all my outdoor kit from these people in the future!
