My own personal experience was pretty dire, ordered a school photo the last one of my child at primary. When I thought I was going to receive the photo I was given a note to say bank details were incorrect so they didn't have my order.....why could they have not phoned or emailed me at the time?! I could have then given them correct details over the phone and ordered the photo. Honestly get a backdrop and take the photo yourself. They don't care the kids ties are a shambles and hair out of place anyway!

DO NOT BUY/USE THEIR SERVICE. You will pay a lot of money and not be able to get what you want! Choose local companies or different providers instead! Unclear prices that change/not stated anywhere, and unable to get different images in a pack or smaller prints without purchasing a larger print for more money.This company has deliberately set up different 'packs' to extort as much money as they can from families on important days and will take advantage of the families that will pay. Most students/graduates will not use their service due to the ridiculous fees and options, but they are counting on the few families that will spend due to the fear of missing out.

Shouldn't be allowed to take school photos, the quality of the photos and price is appalling. My daughters eyes aren't even open on the photo and the group photo they are all leaning to the left. They clearly do not take any pride in their work.

One star is too much. Just received my child's school photo template . Blurry, rushed, eyes look like theyv got red rings round them. Tie looks plain black which shows the poor quality as it is actually multicoloured. His last school got rid of this terrible company due to the same poor quality of photos hopefully his new one will too.

The staff tried really hard on the day, but trying to get the photos from the website is a bloody nightmare. The website brakes constantly, the address wont work, then the payment details won't let you type anything, a different issue every time I try

Poor service, terribly slow delivery times and incredibly overpriced photos. If you need to take graduation pictures (and your uni chose Tempest), you're better off renting the gown for the whole day and going to a decent photo studio instead.

Ordered a confirmation group photograph from these, received it and the photo quality was absolutely abysmal. Their customer service is almost as bad too. The paper is very cheap and the quality of the photograph looks like a 2 year old has taken it. I took a better photo (albeit to the side because the amateur photographer was in the middle) Tempest like to charge big £££ for their photos but simply aren't up to the job. It's not the first time I've thought the school photos are of poor quality but this particular time it was atrocious. I've been offered my money back by return of the photo, but this doesn't replace the memory of the group photo that has now passed.Problem is, if the school has signed up to them, you're at their mercy if you want a photo.

Very poor information given on website,email or phone regarding when" or "IF" they are going to open and complete "orders" placed before "Lockdown"..We are still waiting for order placed on the 12th March 2020 at a cost of £185 at Lincoln's Inn.Just can't understand why there is so little information given to the customers who placed orders on the above date and all of which paid upfront.There were also many overseas customers who are also finding this company very hard to contact to obtain some information and possible delivery date.Just some idea would help and put many customers out of their misery knowing that their Graduation photograph is "on the way" after many months of study."

I don't know how these guys keep their foot in their door with our school, with 3 years experience of them each year is the same. the prices are really high and photos have been wonky with strange choices of back drop. They seem to have enforced strange smiles on the kids. The class what's app groups are are alight with disappointment when the proofs come out each year. we will do what we can to get the school to look again.
