It was my first visit in years and it was lovely. I had a cut and dry and the lady was brilliant. Her skill was top notch and her chair manner excellent.I'm disabled, so was worried about taking my rollator in, but I was made to feel very welcome.As always, JG proves to be the best in the city with exceptional staff.

Had my hair done by Jessica Purll today and she did a fantastic job with the colour and an awsome head massage and styling it at the end. She was so friendly and chatty putting me right at ease. I really love it, thanks so much Jessica

Great place for a haircut, lucy put my partner right at ease, made her feel really comfortable and suggested a great haircut which not only looks amazing but is really simple for her to recreate in the morning. She was polite and took her jacket and sat her down as soon as she walked in, she also made her a lovely frothy coffee. I would highly recommend for male and females, cuts and colours. Thank you Lucy

First time I have left a hair Salon feeling confident and so chuffed with my hair and also feeling very pampered! Can’t recommend Jessica (Purrl) enough, was a bit nervous about having a trainee but wow she’s good!! Knew exactly what she was doing and executed my hair goals beautifully!! Finally found a gem of a hairdresser!

Had my hair done today by the lovely Jessica Purll, I went for a full head tint. She recommended conditioning treatments that would work best for my hair type and condition. My hair is feeling healthy and the shine is unreal. I also left with some products that she recommended for me so I can build up the condition at home too. Very friendly and helpful. She also did the best head massage I've had.Thank you Jessica
