I ordered a Dolle 1200x600mm ladder, it was quite cheap compared to the competition so I had concerns about the workmanship but I was very positively surprised when I received it. The quality of the ladder is very good, nothing squeaks, and as an amateur builder, it took me one hour to assemble the whole thing.I recommend this store, the delivery was also on time and the product was safely packed.

Have purchased a number of ladders fron the company from household to industrial. Always good quality, lasting durability and as described. Good value and delivered on time.

From the moment I made my order at a great price may I add, it was the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Won’t even consider buying from anyone else…. Top work and thank you

I am very happy with my purchase, ordering was easy and my ladders were delivered earlier than expected.

Waste of time, useless, unreliable. Ordered with plenty of time to spare, lied to me about item being on its way on the day, then when i called them after it should have arrived they tell me its going to be another 4 days minimum. Dont bother with them, use screqfix and watch this company fail.

If I could give them no stars I would. Refused to refund me after I sent ladder back in good faith. They claimed the ladder was damaged in transit but they did not flag that with the courier on receipt of the goods. The courier say the ladder was delivered in good condition and there's nothing they can do if a problem isn't raised in good time. Ladder UK Direct's replies are fob-offs. Don't trust this company. If there's a problem, they'll blame you instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. Terribly disappointing to be treated like this.

This has been my worst experience of buying online for sometime. I’ve wasted 3 days waiting for a ladder purchased. Two of the days I waited in for the delivery as promised but nothing arrived and no communication to advise me either. Third day ladder arrived but was damaged so I did not accept it. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I cancelled my order and I’ve still not received a refund into my account. If I could give zero stars I would! It’s frustrating to have to continually chase Ladders UK Direct for a response to emails and to get a refund. I would not recommend them.

Competitive prices, great sturdy product. I got free next day delivery. Unfortunatly there was a part missing, noticed after delivery. I sent an email regarding missing foot had a return email almost immediately and a new foot was in the post within a matter of hours. Excellent experience great customer service.

Was going to hold off posting this but my formal complaint has gone unanswered after 7 working days:Ordered a loft ladder which arrived with vital parts missing. Despite raising a query with the customer service team and being given multiple promises that they would quickly rectify the issue, the replacement parts took more than two weeks to arrive. Furthermore we were lied to multiple times and told they had dispatched the missing parts, when in fact they hadn’t even attempted to dispatch them. When the missing parts eventually arrived, they came without fittings - rendering them, a bit like the service we received, completely useless. Sales team were apologetic but despite raising a formal complaint we have had no response or acknowledgment that they were at fault for these problems. A lack of quality control, customer service and a general sense of apathy towards any issues you may (read: will most definitely) have with your purchase.

Shockingly poor levels of customer service. Ladder ordered 8th Dec on 1 day delivery. Ladder arrived one week later. Ladder too big so arranged to return, reluctantly accepting that the return would be at my cost. Advised by email that the return had to be made no later than 29th Dec. Took me 3 days to find a courier prepared to accept the ladder. The courier delivered ladders to the factory, but the factory was closed from 21st Dec to 3rd January. Despite numerous phone calls and emails with customer services prior to making the return, I was never advised of the factory closure. Had to pay for one and a half week's storage and the subsequent re-delivery. Received an email this week advising that there is some form of cosmetic damage to the ladders and they will not be providing any refund. Called today to speak to their manager who has refused to accept any liability. Never considered placing a review previously, but this business is a disgrace.
