I would like to give Georgi Badakhshan of Holistic Computing my very highest recommendation. She is verily a Wonder Woman - she responds almost as soon as she is contacted. If feasible, she sorts out any computer problem on the phone; if not she will come to the house as soon as she possibly can. I was really stressing out, having great trouble with many aspects of my computer and back-ups. She came to the house yesterday evening and, with great patience and good humour, she sorted out all my issues and made sure I made accurate notes on what to do so that I could sort things out myself in the future if need be. She charges ridiculously little for what she does, her expertise and the time she spends. She deserves all possible accolades for her skill, approachability and tact dealing with one who has made many ridiculous computing mistakes. For any computing problems, ask Georgi!

Georgina from Holistic Computing Edinburgh has just rescued me from a bind! In short - fantastic, friendly and fast service at a good price with great communication throughout.After encountering PC startup issues (stuck in a boot loop), Georgi quickly offered to collect my PC (or allow me to drop it off) the same day (this was at approx. 6pm on a Thursday) with no extra fees or hassle.Within 24 hours and with my approval throughout, Georgi had installed a new state-of-the-art boot drive with a fresh, upgraded version of windows (this also fixed a related issue I was having with partitions); performed initial setup; installed vital programs like antivirus (excellent choice too), an alternative web browser (as I don't like edge) and a word processor; and done a good check to ensure all was in order before handing the PC back.Georgi even gave some advice after payment free of charge, and offered support following the repair as a courtesy. (I suspect she has also dusted down the PC in the process!)By comparison to her competitors:- Several other PC repair shops and technicians were either not open, did not answer when called, or said they couldn't take the PC or offer help until the next day.- Georgi provided good, unbiased advice and found great deals on hardware for next-day delivery, providing links and receipts (where other PC repair shops I have used in the past have been seedy, offered in-stock hardware at significant markups, or just flat out not provided what they promised).- Georgi was very communicative, sending useful documents and information about my hardware, texting progress updates and responding very quickly to any questions or concerns, and was friendly throughout. In the past I have been disappointed by PC techs who don't really want to speak to you and are difficult to get a hold of!- Was non-intrusive in her work, not disassembling the full machine unnecessarily or removing drives without cause. She only accessed the PC with my consent and told me what she was doing at every stage.- Provided a good estimate of likely costs and was honest about uncertainties in hours of work required and turnaround time; she had integrity and did not try to up-sell me products or misrepresent the issue for profit (I'd have known as I had a good idea of what was wrong!)- I get the impression Georgi would have worked beyond the listed opening times to help me or her other customers. Not many services are provided with this level of dedication and friendliness!My final verdict - I will be going back to Georgina for any future PC advice, or for fixing issues I can't solve myself! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, I wish there were more reviews on here telling it like it is.Thank you, Georgi :)

A wonderful discovery: Georgi is a professional expert; and her warmhearted presence helps with even the most complex computer issues.

I have been using Georgi's services for 25 years and wouldn't dream of using anyone else! No problem too big, too small or too esoteric. If she doesn't know, she'll look it up and won't give up. If it's impossible to fix, she will tell you straight away and offer alternatives. The best value for money on this corner of the northern hemisphere!She has built my computers over the years and the last one is still going strong, when expensive gaming computers my gaming friends bought for a fortune would last a few weeks after the warrantee and then just expire.Absolutely stellar.

I found Georgia to be a knowledgeable lady while dealing with my laptop.Georgia showed good customer services too, by being polite and friendly.Georgia has a good attitude to her work, and smiles quite easily, which makes for agood experience with the client concerned, as I feel this relaxes the atmosphere.

Georgi is extremely knowledgeable about repairing computers and will work hard to find a solution. She will collect your computer from your home or work with it there, whichever you prefer. And importantly, her fees are very reasonable. High recommended.
