Nice layout throughout the shop, and prices are reasonable on most items. The aisles are wide enough but when busy it's hard to navigate without waiting, or bumping into other customers. The only downside was the lack of staff on the tills, I was waiting for 10 mins in a queue that had only 5 customers before me. Then the lady pushed a button and someone else came on the tills. The managers should observe the waiting live and without needing the bell to ring, they should open the other tills.

Place has lots of cheap items. General products such as soap, laundry detergents, baby oils etc are good deals here. This place is usually busy though and there is usually a queue for checkouts

Always my go to shop when it comes to toiletries. Prices are very reasonable and they have variety of things from hair dye to makeup, toothpaste, home products. The only downfall is that its not very spacious, its narrow so when its busy your waiting for the others to move first.

The staff were nice. You sit in a booth to have your eyes tested. The chair was difficult to adjust and was not comfortable. They have a nice selection of frames. Went there through an online advert. Was not impressed to find that I was going to be charged 3x more than the advert. Found it misleading. They need to specify that only selected frames are in the deal. Without the deal, would I recommend them, I probably would as they have a nice selection of frames.

It's a well priced store with a large variety of goods. I buy my skin and hair care products here and anything else at a good price. The only problem is the stock moves quickly and products are often out of stock.

The place is too cramped when entering and moving in each aisle. The male/female staff are just miserable as hell not a friendly hello or anything to make you feel appreciated.There are many items, but the store name is very misleading as they charge more for high brand stuff, so where's the bargain in this as the name suggests???

Have been shopping here for over a year with no issues.The guy at the counter today plainly refused to let me buy a hand wash because I was paying with a 50£ note.Since when did legal tender become unacceptable?
