We booked Freddie in April of this year to take and collect us from Heathrow airport for our NYC trip. Freddie is a very friendly person and nothing was too much trouble, he evens supplies bottled water which was a godsend on the return trip. I cannot recommend him enough.

I have had many a cab journey with Freddie and he's thee most wonderful cab driver. He is ALWAYS! On time, always gives plenty of notice when arrived and very patient and kind too. His cab is always sqeaky clean and he is very acommative. Best Cab driver I know, he's polite and has a great laugh in the cab too. He's done amazing from day one. Fondest of wishes buddy.

Used Flat Cap Cabs twice, Heathrow and Luton airports. Very good communication and their cars are lovely and very clean, drivers are prompt and Freddie is amazing, he goes over and above. I would highly recommend.
