I was looking to replace a pair of Dr Martens boots and found the pair I was looking on the Army& Navy Stores website. The website is very quick and easy to use, and competitively priced. Due to a query with my address I found their customer service to be excellent. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, sorting out the issue very quickly. Delivery was next day and tracked so I was able to follow my parcels journey. Overall excellent service. I would definitely recommend using Army and Navy Stores to anyone and wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again. Definitely deserve the 5*****. Very happy and many thanks to them. Great service.

Had a very bad experience when returning an item of clothing as it was too big for my son! The sales assistant was very unprofessional and rude to me! I can assure you I won’t be returning! Remember the customer is always right! I think you need some tips on customer service.

This place has. Been here my whole life and was very sorry to hear the owner is retiring. Went and got a pair of proper combat trousers, wide range of school uniform, chefs white, army outwear, and everything you need I. The field and good range of boots thank you for being a great local business

Excellent range of essential Chef uniform from trousers to jackets, both hard wearing but light and comfortable which is ideal in a busy kitchen. The wallet friendly price is a bonus too; can be fully kitted out for under £50 for full whites, £60 with basic protective kitchen 'chukka' boots...ideal.Wouldn't bother going anywhere else for chef whites to be honest; even with postage you save money.

Really sorry to hear the shop is closing down after such a long time supplying very practical workgear at reasonable prices. Have great time in your retirement.

Discovered A&N a few months ago and have been delighted with both the quality of goods purchased and the excellent service I have received. Earlier this week I ordered more combat trousers only to realise the following day I had ordered the wrong size. I rang A&N and spoke to a delightful member of staff who said No problem

I ordered camp blankets for my Beaver Scouts at 13:50 on the Monday and they arrived Tuesday morning.Excellent quality blankets, great value and super service.

Just so people know, this shop is now closed (29th of march) don't bother coming to see. It's a shame but I hope the owners have a great retirement
