Carl did a great job with our blocked drain. Worked quickly, talked me through what he found when he lifted the manhole cover, and unblocked it for us. Really pleased.

Had blocked toilet on a bank holiday Carl came over within the hour explained his charges very reasonable no call out fee. Cleared blockage within allotted time. Happy days.

Carl did a great job installing a new soil stack and digging out a hole for my meter move. He let me know every step of the way the work carried out and when the job was finished left the area spick and span. And to boot, you’ll learn loads about drains and plumbing. I can’t recommend Carl enough. He’s also a super nice guy!

They showed up just after 20minutes of calling them.They were able to sort out the problem and cleaned up after themselves which was a positive considering how messy the place was during the process of dealing with the blockage.We will happily recommend Vortex to friends and family if required.Thanks guys.
