I first visited Rachel for relaxing Aromatherapy massages which were great and helped me to sleep better at night. Later, I went for sports injury treatments and was amazed at the improvements achieved through soft tissue massage.Mags

Rachel has a lovely manner and will put you at ease before your massage. The room is very peaceful, modern and relaxing. Rachel is very competent at massage and I left with my aches and pains all smoothed away!

I had a fabulous massage with Rachel, her calming treatment room and heated bed were so welcome! I have had a chronic hamstring injury, and she worked out that it was coming from tightness in my glutes and worked to release it out. Thank you so much!

I had a very restorative pregnancy massage with Rachel. Rachel took the time to understand how I was feeling, and any niggles / pains. The whole experience was thoroughly relaxing. I couldn't rate Rachel more highly for a pregnancy massage, which had the most comfortable cushion set up and was fully personalised to what I needed. Being able to take home the leftover oils was also a great unexpected a treat. The space is lovely and the whole experience felt very comfortable. Thank you so much!
