Saw some ankle boots in window went to buy not in my size they rang Stamford Tuesday I got phonecall they were in. Staff so friendly and helpful. Advised about half Insoul which made fit perfect. My first time in the shop definitely recommend.. Great selection. To me service is important, here you receive excellent service.

After nearly 2 years of back and forth to hospitals and doctors to try and sort out the pain in my feet I met Ryan from North shoes. He made me some insoles and recommended the right type of shoes/ boots to wear.. I cannot believe the difference, I can go for walks now with no pain ..it has made such a difference I can't thank him enough, if you have problems with your feet I highly recommend North shoe.

My order was 'changed' somewhere along the line as I bought through Amazon and I ended up with a size 5 when I ordered a size 4. When I contacted North Shoes direct, they could not have been more helpful. I am extremely impressed, not only with the product but with the customer service - fantastic!! My wife purchased some Hafflinger slippers mail order from this family run business. Ordered via Amazon, super quick delivery, and very nicely packaged with nice enclosed note from the shop itself (thanking us for supporting their business).We will be recommending to friends.
