Previously attending umrah and hajj I paid deposit last year and every time I followed up after paying they didn't reply to my messages and made up many excuses. Also I've heard from many people who gave the full amount not recieve any contact. Towards the end I had no other option but to do umrah and use my money to do it for this year during Ramadan. The services were absolutely atrocious for example the representatives were hardely seen. Moreover, In the deal package it came with suhoor and Iftaar meals but only one meal was handed (pack of biryani and burger) hoping they had a little more variety. The medina hotel is better than the makkah hotels which I spent 15 days and the shocking truth with the unsanitary conditions with insects running around and the air conditioning wasn't much help either because I would have a sore throat from the exposure, also the bathroom, fridge were very disgusting. The room size was very small (12 foot by 3) they would fit 3 beds so it was very cramped. No storage space for luggage nor any cupboards to place belongings inside. Only one benefit was it was near maharam. When I contacted the travel agency about the quality of the hotel they said it was an economy package but before we bought it they didn't mention the ratings this was no what i expected. Don't transfer money directly to their account use a credit card to online payment.2. Before you book check your flights, airports and hotels because they like to change last minute.3. Have a trustworthy middle man who will help get your money back of there are complications.I will never go with them again even if they gave me a free umrah.
