Lizzie Richmond Soft Tissue Therapy

Highly recommended, struggled with shoulder mobility for 6 months and Lizzie made huge improvements over just a few sessions, back to Jiujitsu and mountain biking at last!

I have been having treatments with Lizzie for over 2 years now and I thoroughly recommend her. She was initially training but is now fully qualified and continually adding to her qualifications to ensure she is able to give her clients the best, most appropriate treatments for whatever issues they may be having. She doesn’t only treat what is hurting but looks for the cause and provides advice/stretching/strengthening plans for you to do at home to aid recovery. I’m a runner and would be lost without Lizzie to help me avoid injury and to recover when I am injured. I find her expertise invaluable.

Lizzie was absolutely brilliant and sorted my back problem. I had been trying core strength exercises but kept pulling my lower back, Lizzie identified the problem and sorted it in a few sessions. Now I am running stronger and have not had a back problem since. I highly recommend Lizzie, she is a lovely person and puts you at ease .

I really can’t thank Lizzie enough, she diagnosed my issues within minutes of manipulation. Her knowledge is phenomenal and she answers any questions I have. Lizzie has enabled me to continue playing Hockey, Running and Cycling with the minimum of discomfort. I decided to visit Lizzie a few weeks ago after jarring my neck/shoulder. I have a computer based job, so whilst I am quite active, I do spend a lot of time hunched over a screen. The initial posture and mobility assessment was a real insight to my bodies strengths and weaknesses. Lizzie treated the pain in my neck and I received an email follow up detailing the stretching exercises I should do. I do these most days now... it's a good excuse to get up from my desk, stretch and relieve some tension :-)

This was the first time I've been to soft tissue therapist. I went mostly because because my legs were a little worse for wear after the London Marathon!It was a pleasure meeting Lizzie who you could tell has a real passion for what she does. She was so respectful and it put me at ease right away.She was full of knowledge and gave great insight into what the cause of my pain/aches was/could be.I can definitely recommend seeing Lizzie if you are in need of support & relief as I'm feeling tonnes better than when I first went in!
