I really enjoyed my time at this salon and would definitely recommend it to someone who needs to get their hair done. The team is so nice to each other and the professionalism is up to standard. I like how Danny and zoe was working as a team and was constantly communicating with each other so they could get great results. Jade who washed my hair was so nice and gentle. Great service.

I’ve been going to HQ salon for over 18 years now and have always had exceptional service from the entire team. Rachel has always been my colourist and stylist and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. She is amazing at what she does, a fantastic stylist and colourist and I just don’t feel that anyone else could manage my hair like she can. Rachel is always so friendly and it’s always a pleasure to see her. I’ve recommended dozens of my friends to go and see Rachel and they to haven’t looked back! Thank you for being so fabulous, can’t wait for my next visit!

I would like to thank all the staff for their good customer service esp. to Patricia who made my hair looks beautiful after having trouble from coloring it with bleach previously. She listens to your concerns and try to meet your expectations while minding the overall health of your hair. I will definitely come back here and will look for her to do my hair again in the future. They have extra back massage/scalp massage too which were very relaxing. ❤️

My second time getting my hair cut and it was amazing! Loved it ! Shout out to Kimberly the girl that washed and massaged my hair she is lovely. The whole time is great definitely recommend this hairdresser you won't be disappointed.

Connor did an absolutely fantastic job cutting my toddlers hair today! I honestly couldn’t be happier. My son usually screams and kicks and I have to hold him still but Connor was so calm and gentle that it really seemed to rub off on my son and he was the calmest he has ever been whilst having a hair cut! The cut also is perfect! It made it so much more enjoyable for both of us! I will be recommending him to all the mums I know! Thank you Connor for making my day a little bit easier! Cannot recommend enough!
