Wow! What an excellent company. Superb service at an extremely competitive price. The finished bathroom is a joy to use and looks absolutely stunning! Tom and his team couldn’t have made the process any easier and were a delight to have around. Highly recommend.

We recently built a new eco house in Sussex and used West Sussex Bathrooms for all four bathrooms. From the design stage, through to the finishing touches, this company could not have been more helpful and efficient. We are delighted with all the bathroom fittings and cabinetry to the tiling and the overall finish. Fantastic company to work with and we could not recommend them more highly.

From start to finish we had great service. Initial contact, consultation and planning was friendly, helpful and professional. All the fitters worked incredibly hard with great humour and happy to chat about the works and the progress. If there were any questions or updates required during the fitting these were answered quickly and without fuss. Great finish. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed by the service we received from everyone in the team at the West Sussex Bathroom Company. We had a lot of help and guidance in choosing the appropriate elements which went into making a beautiful bathroom. Every stage of the process was dealt with professionally and relationally. The quality of the workmanship involved in the fitting was excellent and completely transformed the room.

I cannot thank WSBC enough or equally praise them sufficiently. From the minute I walked into the beautiful showroom to the final touches in my new shower room they've been there every step of the way. The tiling is faultless, floor and wall and every item of sanitary ware is stunning. I know I was a tricky customer with a high expectation and not a particularly high budget but they delivered! Tom, Karen you were so helpful, patient and kind with meticulous planning in a smallish space -you've created and delivered exactly what I wanted. Thank you for everything. In Autumn 2021/ Summer 2022 we undertook a complete house renovation in Birdham, West Sussex. The tiling throughout the house was sub-contracted out to West Sussex Bathroom Company, and this involved a lot of tiling! We tiled the whole of downstairs, all of the bathrooms and the outside terrace which wrapped around the house. Tom Brooks and his team were excellent! The work has been done beautifully. They worked very well together with the other trades people we had coming and going, and were very pleasant to have around, I enjoyed their company. We really are delighted with quality of the work they have done here, it gives the house that wow factor! I would highly recommend them.

Do not hire this firm. I cannot believe this is happening to us as the other reviews are 5 stars but we have experienced disgusting behaviour from the managing director Tom when things don't go the way he would like.I contacted Tom at West Sussex bathroom company in November 2022, initially he seemed friendly and competent. I asked him to quote for a bathroom refurbishment but he also offered to quote for a kitchen refurbishment (that I also wanted). We received the quotes quickly and were happy with the price so we hired him for both jobs. The kitchen refurbishment started on the 05th of December 2022 and the bathroom job started in January 2023. The kitchen was supposed to be completed by christmas, on the 23rd of December the kitchen was functional but incomplete and I was told there was about 2 days work left that would be completed in early January.At time of writing(February 21st) the bathroom is complete however I was left with a garage full of waste that they were meant to clear and the kitchen is still very much incomplete and they will not be returning to complete the work agreed. We know delays are unfortunate but sometimes unavoidable. However over the past 2 months we have been lied to and mislead multiple times. We were told that they would be here on day X to finish the work only for day X to pass and them not to show up. This happened many times.Property refurbishment on its own is a huge upheaval and cause of a lot of stress, this extra messing arround is completely unnecessary and unacceptable  - for more than 2 months now a lot of our property that we are living in has been unusable/uncomfortable because I have had to store things not in their usual place and several times I have cleared space in the kitchen to allow work to be carried out only to have that effort be a complete waste of time.On top of this when I went into their showroom to discuss the matter I was aggressively shouted at/insulted by Tom himself while he attempted to intimidate me to pay more money when he had not completed the work despite us already having paid 90% of the total price. I have called the police on him twice and am now in the process of attempting to get a refund for the unfinished/shoddy work.
