If it could give it no star I would rang them for a new nela trowel yesterday they then rang me back saying I need to be there for 2 so got there 20 minutes before and they had shut shop and not answering even had to lose out on a days wage

Had work done there in the past and the two younger chaps are very helpful but went this morning and the gent who seems to be manager is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Very dismissive. Will not be using this store again and will be telling friends likewise.

Went this morning having no clue what I needed youtube plasterer :-), the gent and lady there were absolutely fantastic giving us time and help where required. Please please help these small local business out as they are much more knowledgeable than any of the big stores, fantastic customer service and had everything I required at a resonable price. Will absolutely use this shop again for tools. Items purchased = plastering tools in Mexbrough.
