Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Peterborough

These people do not 'go the extra mile' they just do the one mile really really slowly. Needed a car for 2 weeks now, but haven't got one. They keep saying they'll call back but never do. Very very bad service. The worst actually.

Moving house. Good size van in good condition. Staff (Luke) were great and very helpful. Arrived early and van was ready. Great service.

The evening before I was supposed to be collecting a Luton van I was called to say it wasn't available. Moving the next day! Can't refund me immediately and seemed genuinely impressed that they could offer me a normal lwb van at a reduced price, if I wanted this I would have rented it! Left in the lurch no where else open, they were no help at all. Manager hung up on me, absolutely no customer service, he needs to be sacked

Absolutely terrible company to deal with !!! Find cars somewhere else !!!Had a car delivered after my car was hit by someone and was waiting for outcome on repairs. After the response regarding my own car , it came the day of returning theirs . They had to pick the car up from my address and after being collected with the same amount of petrol in , they had the nerve to take money out of my bank account without notifying me , apparently for petrol.The person I spoke to stated that it was a mistake and I’ll have the money refunded!! But now I have to wait 3-5 days for that to happen. No consideration or respect for customers whatsoever and doing illegal business!!Stay away from them !

We use Enterprise for a business purpose and the customer service at this branch is a joke, not even a good morning how are you, making over bookings, cancellations which is affecting our clients and getting our work done. If you have not got a vehicle don't promise one and let us book one

Terrible at answering the phones. Put me into a vehicle that I don’t feel safe driving as it makes a screaming sound anything over 50mph. The clutch is non existent. Shocking

Ben Haynes, was very helpful throughout supplying me with a hire car. Both Ben and his manager went the extra mile. They ensured i was happy with the hire car and walked the vehicle with me prior to handover.Great communication, great service, would definitely recommend using them.

Be extremely careful here.They invent damage" and send photos of damage to other cars

Car dirty waited over an hour after appointment time car not suitable for our needs awful parking on site when they collected car from us they were 6 hours late and didn't even bother to let us now
