The stop near victoria coach is from greenline coach station (stop 10). I see users using the app for taking the bus so i guess the issue with having to print out tickets is only relevant for email based tickets (not sure from which site). Nevertheless its quite convenient to just buy printed tickets from victoria coach station nearby using the national express ticket kiosks or counters or pay on board the bus (ticket slip will be printed)The bus comes equipped with usb chargers and a small luggage hold. Quite ample seats on a weekday

One of the best ways to go to Oxford from London, especially when you want to go out of Oxford city center and at times where the train is too busy (and often also expensive). Would be perfect if they had plug sockets for the laptops.On time at departure and arrival

Not sure why people left lots of negative review. I booked it online through National Express, the bus was super comfy and arrived on time, didn’t print my National Express ticket just simply showed the staff my E-ticket and everything worked out fine! (Reading those negative reviews made me worried a bit, but didn’t have any troubles).Highly recommend to book tickets in advance, since it could get really full sometimes.

Beware:- you can't book specific times (you're just travelling for over two hours, surely you're flexible enough)- if you buy a ticket in advance, make sure you have a printer, so you can give the driver, and they can give you some extra paper back (screw you Greta). If you don't, they'll make you buy a new ticket. THIS. IS. A. SCAM.- customer service is so bad it makes virgin media look good.

Constantly missing out services and always late. Yet they have the audacity to raise prices and charge the same amount for all distances even though Hillingdon to lewknor takes half hour. Absolute joke of a service

Good 24 hours a day coach service. There should be more all night long, coach operators like this in the UK to other popular destinations such as Brighton, Birmingham, etc.

Very nice and comfortable. All the drivers I've had have been really lovely. There is WiFi and there are charging stations for phones. Little tables for laptops too. They were always fastidious about being on time. I couldn't download the app because my Gmail login thinks my address is in the USA which is a pain. Would be a pain for travellers too. Buy the ticket online and you can save a pound or two. The coaches are very regular which was great.

Terrible customer service . All buses full at the weekend. The bus company left me on the street literally. I had to pay 100£ for taxi to get back home . I am waiting 1 month for a refund and still nothing. Disgusting

Comfortable bus, drivers (not all) help with putting luggages and wi fi good. Air conditioning ok if you know how to adjust it and poor view because windows dirty. Oxford bus sort your windows!
