Health club staff are really welcoming and friendly . Swimming pool is warm & clean . Very relaxing atmosphere.

Had the worse experience in the world! I had a PT induction booked in with the health club manager for me to go and let the female receptionist know she kept shrugging her shoulders at me and talking to me in a way that i felt was quite rude and abrupt! This had led me to wanting to cancel my membership even though I've not even used the gym as I can't use the equipment unless I'm shown how to and I wasnt told in advance that there was a meeting taking place which has also left me feeling quite angry! And I asked to speak to someone else and she raised her voice NO" as if I was a danger to the public

Small club, but that's a good thing as it's not intimidating & most of the staff are very friendly.Free towels and parking are very appreciated. Cleanliness can vary - absolutely gleaming some days, less so on others. Changing rooms rather tired & showers very much so, but I am prepared to overlook these while the pool and steam room remain uncrowded. No sauna, no jacuzzi, and only one hair dryer, but it's also significantly cheaper than other places. I have tried almost every pool in MK & this is the one I have come back to.

Been a member for some years. Club now reinvigorated by new manager with a renewed emphasis on customer service, support for your fitness goals and a relaxing friendly atmosphere. Good team too. Great place!

Extremely dirty, not cleaned properly. There aren't proper areas to change without having children and their mums or grandmas watching or having a mothers meeting in the changing room. Some of the equipments are old. Very basic. I paid full price (no offers were given although I found out next day my friend was offered the same package for £25) and didn't get my 12 week plan, I think I was supposed to ask for something that is supposed to be in the membership. I wish I took more pictures. I think you should do a trial 1st before you sign up.

This is a great club, with excellent service! The staff and management always greet you with a smile and are knowledgeable. The pool is warmer than most pools and they provide Personal Training once a month for free! When you sign up for the full club access. What else could you want?

Pool itself is lovely, loads of perks. Downfall some of the staff. didn’t get my guest passes until 3 weeks later so I had to pay for my partner the other day! Also the card reader pretty badThe new Cards only had just arrived when I went there today. So it caused a massive problem trying to get my discount for the food! Absolute Piss take as the holiday inn staff thought I was taking advantage which is a joke especially when you prove that you have paid for the membership. Also didn’t get told theirs a contract so that’s also another piss takeIt’s a bit dirty in the changing room, lockers could also do with improving.most of all trying to bill me the wrong price. Which the lovely lady I saw today had said she was going to contact the manager. She is very nice and she is the reason I’m giving this place a 3 star. One of the starsIs for the pool, Holiday inn staff managers are terrible. Honestly place is a bit of shambles which is such a shame as it really could be so much better. Especially when children under 6 free. Honesty please improve as I still want to continue to be a member

Fabulous club with great facilities and superb staff, an excellent location as it is directly opposite the Milton Keynes shopping center with free parking !!
