I’ve been to many dealerships before but never was I impressed with the costumer service the way I was when dealing with the lovely Natalie. From speaking to her on the phone to inquire about a vehicle I immediately knew she was so professional, inviting, kind, and experienced in what she does. I followed it up by visiting the branch in Knutsford. Natalie was happy to deal with me immediately, answering any questions I had and I really appreciated how honest she was and felt no pressure to make a purchase. After test driving the car I was happy to take it. Natalie offered her best service to get the car ready for me in a short period of time despite being extremely busy as I requested I needed the car urgently. She was willing to hear my concerns and did her absolute best to meet my needs. Not only was I pleased with her professionalism and honesty, but she answered my calls later in the evening outside her working hours to assist me in further questions I had. She’s always quick to answer to any calls, which made me feel extremely confident in buying from the dealer. She made sure the car was in mint condition before I collect it. It’s been a pleasure to have dealt with Natalie, I can’t recommend the dealer enough! You know you’re going to be in safe hands here!

Recently bought a BMW Z4 from Autoquest and couldn't fault the service. From the initial enquiry and test drive with Barry to collection from Natalie. They couldn't do enough to make sure everything went smoothly. They even through in a free set of number plates. Love the car. One happy customer....

Bought my car from them over a month ago and the service was absolutely brilliant. They were super friendly, and helpful to me as a new driver as well. After having terrible experiences with cars in the past 3 months (2 engine failures both within a month of each other), I was extremely fussy with who I bought a vehicle from. Natalie and Carl were fantastic from start to finish! We travelled 2 hours up to see a car. The car was immaculate with full service history and the process couldn’t have been simpler. both Carl and Natalie told us that if there were any issues at all then they would fix them for us no question. On the way home the clutch was slipping so without hesitation they had the clutch replaced without hassle. No fights, no arguments, just great customer service! If you’re looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Autoquest! I couldn’t find another of the same model and trim level as mine at this price! Thanks Guys!

I was scheduled to purchase a 5 series BMW, I had paid the deposit, sorted the finance and ready to go. After Karl (one of the owners) spoke to me he gave me his honest opinion and advised me not to purchase the car as it was not suitable for me and my family. This example of honestly and integrity is very hard to find in todays world and very refreshing. I do not leave reviews but was so surprised by their integrity I had to write one and would honestly recommend them to anyone. 6 stars. Just wanted to share how great my experience was today, such a friendly team and amazing service at Autoquest. We had travelled quite far to purchase my car today and even on a Saturday with the odds against us Autoquest managed to pull it off! I have been visiting many dealers when I started with my car hunt. When I found auto quest and reached out to them it was a very refreshing experience from the start there was no pressure at all from them to buy the car. The first time I visited them it was a weekend and Barry went out of his way and delayed his personal commitment and gave us enough time to look at all the cars that we wanted to check apart from the one we had booked appointment for. Barry and Natalie both have been great through out my journey of looking for the car till buying the car. I would recommend them to everyone who are looking for a used car. Just wanted to say what an easy and pain-free experience this was dealing with the father - daughter relationship at this dealership for my new kia. Not only were they both incredibly helpful and honest but they also put a brilliant deal forward leaving me with a full service, new tires and warranty all sorted before I left the garage.
