Experienced problems with our fire alarm and called B9 Fire & Security who attended within 4 hours. Their engineer quickly identified the problem fitted new parts completing the task in 30 minutes. If only all contractors performed as well as B9! Many thanks.

The service was all good but issuing an individual invoice for each service has created an awful lot of paperwork, 9 invoices instead of 1, and taken lots of additional time to process.
