Amazing wee family owned business. Treat the dogs like their own. Would highly recommend and wouldn't have any issues leaving them with our wee dog

So thankful we came to this groomers. Our puppy is quite timid and the ladies were so great with him. So patient and understanding with him. The store is so welcoming. The ladies are happy to have a chat and hear what I need and want. He looked amazing, enjoyed his time and was so well looked after. Cash only.

Very disappointed with the cut from here. They made a mess of my dogs face and ears. Uneven scissor marks (see pic) and I didn’t feel that she had been given a full groom, just a very bad £40 haircut. They’re response is not true either. My dogs ears weren’t matted, I had washed and brushed her one week previously. I took two dogs and they were done in an hour and a half along with another dog that was there. That dog HAD been groomed when I arrived, it was freshly shaved. These people take no responsibility for their work and make false statements in their replies. Instead of apologies they just make excuses and blame the customers. My sisters dog is a mess too. I’ll post how he’s supposed to look and how he left their place. Had knee replacement couldn't take dog to normal groomer after number of calls to them .phoned Happy Tails yessss .my son took him this morning and brought back my lovely fur baby complete with bow tie and omg what a tidy groom .Just Perfect Happy Tails will recommend you.THANKYOU FERGUS woof

Managed to clip our pooches nails in less that 15.minutes. Our vet took 3 failed attempts. She went back for a wee pamper session and loved it.

Took Baillie for his groom and wouldn't go anywhere else now. They looked after him and gave him the best cut he has had since we took ownership of him. The girls were lovely, informative and very helpful. Baillie left looking sauve in his tie and smelling gorgeous. Keep up the good work xx
