Quex Construction built our two storey corner extension a few years ago and we were so happy with Phil’s work we used him again recently for a full front driveway and rear patio. Phil’s work is top class and he is reliable, unlike many builders out there! We would highly recommend Phil at Quex Construction.

Phil (Quex Construction) has just completed our kitchen extension and knock through project and he's been fantastic. He was a competitive price at estimate stage and other than some agreed extras has stuck to his original quote to delivery.He's a really nice bloke to have in the house every day (happy to chat to the kids and answer a hundred questions each morning) and has worked with us collaboratively through a far from straight forward build.We would 100% recommend him and will ourselves be using him again for future projects no doubt.

Phil did an extension for us earlier this year and not only did he offer the most competitive price, but I couldn’t fault his work. He updated us at each step of the process, kept us in the loop with upcoming stages of the work so we plan our living arrangements around it and always made sure he finished the day with a good clean up. As with all work, there were a couple of unexpected issues that cropped up along the way in terms of the build and cost, but equally he always explained alternative options to help keep cost down where appropriate. He was never pushy and extremely flexible with our last minute ideas that we added in! Once the work was done he asked for a walk round to identify any little outstanding ’snags’ that we could both identify to ensure the job was finished to a high standard. I honestly couldn’t fault him at any point and feel very lucky that he took the stress out of the work for us!
