Always enjoy a trip into Llan and a visit to the tourist info centre. It’s packed with gen about local attractions and events as well as things further afield.It has a gallery space where there is always a good range of original local art and crafts on display/for sale. Staff are generally helpful and friendly.It’s got everything you need to know about north Wales.

Always very helpful and super knowledgeable, they will always go out of their way to help. Denise and Barbara are really lovely and can help with walks, opening times, directions, sell tickets (book for the aqueduct trips there) and alsorts.

An excellent visitor centre that we visit every time we go to Llangollen. A hub for local information and places to visit. A beautiful selection of paintings for sale from local artists. Also lovely greetings cards and postcards. You must visit when you're in Llangollen.

Llangollen Tourist Information Centre
Llangollen clearly tolerates but does not welcome tourists. If you have disabilities or difficulty in walking, you are completely out of luck! There is almost no blue badge parking (but plenty of electric car charging spaces) and what there is was all taken by mid morning on a Saturday. Needs a park and ride, or similar. Nearest parking being nearly a mile away. Can't comment on anything else as we didn't stay. Had we not prepaid tickets for the railway, we'd have gone somewhere else and spent our money there. Won't be back and would advise others to give it a miss.

1st July and not open on a Thursday or many other days in Llangollen. Plenty of visitors looking for local information. Very poor regardless of Covid restrictions.

Spacious and well stocked with maps and information about Llangollen and the surrounding area. The lady behind the counter was helpful with directions to local places of interest. You can buy good quality gifts/souvenirs including Denbighshire pottery, textiles, jewellery and crafts. The little gallery has some attractive art work.

Was really impressed to see Braille at the entrance to the tourist info centre today! Being inclusive is so important and this type of accessibility shouldn't stand out, but unfortunately it does! Da Iawn Llangollen Tourist information! And Diolch!
