Beautiful jewellery pieces inspired by magical nature. A wonderful experience every time visiting the Sevenoaks store, the lady who works there is so lovely. Great customer service and very friendly.I bought today the beautiful silver oak leaf and acorn necklace and previously bought the love birds necklace. So Special!Look forward to the release of the new designs and was saying today in store it would be so wonderful to see the mythical bluebell flower appear in one of the future collections :)

Recently bought the pea pod ring. As a jewellery fan I can honestly say its the best ring I own. So beautifully designed, delicate and also really affordable considering the quality. Bill Skinner is now a firm favourite of mine

I bought an expensive (relative to other stock) necklace for my wife as a Xmas present in December 22. It has a very fine gold chain which broke and I took it back in October 23. I was told it was out of warranty and I would have to find somewhere to have it soldered. No warranty had been discussed at the time of sale or documented in any way. The woman behind the counter was at least interested but the woman she called out from the back could not have cared less. Buyer beware!

Bill Skinner. Wow. I bought my girlfriend a lovely bumblebee necklace which, unfortunately, broke through wear and tear. She returned it for repairs and the studio replaced it within five days with a brand new one. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen and their jewellery is excellent. Bravo!

Bought a ring in their shop in Tenterden. Lovely ring and the shop assistant was very friendly. I absolutely love their pieces, so refreshing and outside of the box! In real life they look even more beautiful so visit a shop if you can!Bought a ring online for my friend as well and she is now a fan also!
