Fearnhead Dental Surgery

I attended this morning for a check up. My appointment was for 10.05 with Mr Nowak and I arrived before 10am but at 10.40am I had to leave as I had to go to work and still hadn't been seen. No explanation was given as to why he was running so late and when I told the receptionist that I needed to leave all she said was 'oh, ok' - no explanation, no apology and no offer of another appointment. Not impressed at all.

Really happy with Rob. Very gentle and friendly dentist. Had a filling done the other day and feels very smooth and sturdy.

Lovely staff on reception. New dentist 'Rob' is brilliant. Great treatment for both private and NHS patients. They are accepting new patients currently, too.

Really happy with Rob. He's a really experienced dentist and being a very nervous person, he always keeps me calm. Really good dentist overall, and despite current circumstances, they always do their best for you.

It would be none if i could ur reception staff are bad

Excellent service and very helpful reception staff. The dentist that I am under is understanding and caring and very good at his job. I highly recommend this dental practice.
