I got locked out of my garage and called for help. The mechanic was very informative and helpful. After appraising the problem he had the door open on his first try with no damage. After opening the door he inspected the mechanism and found what the problem had been. He adjusted the mechanism oiled it and the lock. It now works perfectly.Great service.

My account of buying a garage door from this company is as follows. The salesman arrived when he said he would and dressed accordingly. He was courteous, knowledgeably and provided good advice about what was available to be installed as well as the removal and installation of the new door. The price quoted was competitive with other companies and was the sum we finally paid ie no additional fees after starting the work. A date was agreed and a courtesy call received the day before the work started confirming a start time. On the day, the craftsmen arrived on time, completed the work within the agreed timescale and to an acceptable standard (and yes I am rather particular). All in, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by The Garage Door Company (Glasgow). I wish other contractors paid as much attention to the customer as they have done.

Got a new automatic garage door from the Glasgow Branch fitted on 20/4/ 23.Well what is there to say, not only were they were far and away the cheapest of several quotes, for a Hormann door, I don't believe any company could have provided a better service.Once price was agreed the door was fitted by two great guys, without any fuss and when they left, my garage was cleaner than it was before the door was fitted.Highly recommend this branch of the Garage Door Company.

Excellent service from Tony and his team replacing my garage doors. Professional and to time with quotes (best of 3 companies) and getting work done - meant I didn't need to take time off work. Standard of work is excellent and a stress free process.

If you are looking to purchase a garage door don’t go elsewhere as The Garage Door Company, Glasgow are excellent as nothing is too much of a problem to them. Tony was professional in every aspect, follow on customer service received from Ryan and Fitters was the best I have ever received from any company. Initially I ordered a double roller Hormann garage door but unfortunately there were problems but not a problem to this company as all was rectified with an upgrade to an up and over Hormann garage door. Cannot recommend company, staff and service received if I could give more than 5* I would. Excellent all round service and company.

An extremely professional company offering high quality products combined with very competitive pricing. Installation was excellent and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. Tony and his team provide great support pre and post installation with the best level of after sales support I have ever experienced.
