Bought external bike home now priced £189.99 however the canvas cover only lasted a fraction over 12 months, they would not replace. Surely a product that is meant for external use should last longer.

I left a negative review of the RHL Large Rabbit Hutch and Run with FREE Cover... It went off for moderating and needless to say it hasn't been published. The reviews on their website are all top marks because they block negative ones. Very unfair and not a true picture of the products you are buying. Reviews should be honest and help other potential buyers make their mind up.

First time have ever written a bad review, but these hutches are really poor quality products, fall to bits over time due to very soft wood. Rubbish locks too. Emailed them , no reply, and no phone number of the website.

Excellent service. Parcelforce failed on the first delivery somehow delivering to a different address.I contacted Feel Good UK who immediately dispatched another order which has now been recieved. Very helpful service and much appreciated.

After receiving my bird aviary from delivery I unpacked it to find there were 5 pieces damaged, but after a couple of emails to and from Lauren she got things sorted and replaced the damaged items without too much hassle.Many thanks for your help and hard work regarding this issue

Just received our triangular wooden pet house and put it together. It is fabulous, great quality and easy to assemble. The cats already live it! Very impressed with both the item and the swift delivery.

Bought a polytunnel autumn 2021.Cheap in both senses of the word. It's lower priced than many and it may work out great value, but it's also poor quality.For me, it didn't work out. It came with rusted parts and a cover for the door that didn't fit. They replaced them. The new door cover still didn't fit well: the top of the door is rounded and the part of the cover into which it fits is square.Then after the vicious storm (Feb/2022), I had some damage and they refused to sell me replacement parts for the frame.You get what you pay for. You may be lucky and it lasts for years or you may be unlucky, like me, and it lasts for less than 6 months.Caveat emptor.

Absolutely appalling service from Feel Good UK. I ordered two items from them and I only received one of the items. I contacted them via Amazon and their response was very abrupt. Also, I'm now £25 out of pocket and haven't received the item. The worst experience that I've ever had while purchasing online.

Very pleased with my experience so far. They deliver to France which is brilliant. I have received a chicken coop and run so far and they appear well made and of good quality. Have ordered today a large chicken cage/enclosure. Order dispatched the same day for both orders. I did have the wrong instructions and fittings with the coop but this was quickly amended. Happy to recommend, in fact have done so on Chicken Keepers in France Facebook page where I received a recommendation initially.
