Used Derek last year for my Citroën C4 Grand Picasso, semi auto gear giving problems. The guy is a very good mechanic and knows what's he doing, fixed my car but quite expensive than normal street mechanics. But I think he charges for what he does which others can't do. He is very busy and you have to call and book an appointment first.

Excellent impression on my first visit here on recommendation. Honesty was immediately apparent as I was able to view what work was necessary rather than what had been recommended elswhere. I watched, from the clean waiting room, as mechanics worked efficiently on their respective vehicles in a clean and well equiped workshop..I inspected the work that had been done on my vehicle before it was taken for a successful test drive. Friendly management and staff, estimate given before work commenced, fair prices, highly recommended. I will be going back there when I next need their services.

Darek Car Servicing are by far the best garage I have ever used. They are lovely helpful people, honest and try to offer the most affordable fix possible! I highly recommend them.

By fare one of the best mechanic in Luton no wonder the waiting list is long and the prices are slightly abit high but definitely well worth the wait and the price as you won’t have to go someone else after it’s fix with him

I fixed both of my cars in there few times and Im very happy with the service provided. Customer service on top level, always updating on faults before commencing any work. Will always let you know what are the priorities in case of multiple issues. Highly recommended.

Derek step by step over charges.I would not recommend him. He doesn't give correct diagnosis after checking the car. Ask from him a written diagnosis, parts prices and labour charges before he starts the work.

ChaudhryTook my car to this garage to confirm a fault. I saw no evidence of any work been done on the car and then they told me that they see no issues with the car but they have adjusted the belt and I should pay £20.00. This is completely acceptable when I informed them that they should have told me of any costs before they had done any work they refused to give me my keys. If you are going to take your car to this garage make sure you confirm any costs before. But probably best to stay away as from what I saw this wasn't there first time and they will always try it. When I got home I saw no evidence of any adjustment on the belt it was exactly the same as I saw it a week ago.

They work very methodically, they have a clean work area area and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Very cautious too. I took my own service parts as I like to buy quality. Charges are quite fair but not ultra cheapNew Bmw 6 series serviced in 1 hour

First class work and customer service! I have had few work done to my VW golf 2007 and they did a really good job for a reasonable price! They also show you the old parts they took out and explain(in some cases) why it went wrong! Highly recommend them!
