Took my 11 week old puppy Max for a pre Christmas groom and to introduce him to a new experience. Can't recommend Pawstars highly enough for the care they took of Max, who was a bit overwhelmed to start off with. Definitely coming back again.

Billy my son's dog was taken to be groomed, when we saw him later he looked a different dog, very pleased how he had been cut, looking very smart. He was very laid back, happy and relaxed. Would definitely recommend Roseanne.

I took my very anxious dog Freddie to Roseanne yesterday for the first time. I have tried many Groomers over the years, some have asked me to pick him up halfway through grooming & I have even had to stay with at times! However, Roseanne took time to get to know Freddie first, it was a very calm atmosphere. When I collected Freddie I expected to find a very anxious dog waiting for me as is usually the case. I can honestly same I have never seen him so calm, I didnt get the usual oh hes been really upset" or "hes hard work" etc..instead Roseanne put myself & Fred at ease

I’ve only recently starting taking my dog Molly, to Paw Star and have not regretted it, one bit! Rosanne is friendly, warm and caring with Molly.My previous groomer would just shave Molly’s fur short, saying it’s too knotted, even when I’d made a concerted effect to groom her daily. While Rosanne’s looking at what’s best for Molly, advising when it can be kept longer or when it should be shorter, in Molly’s best interest.I would recommend her to any of my friends with dogs. Thank you so much Rosanne! X
