I needed a flat roof sorted out on a property in South Ockendon. I had three firms come and look at the job and gave me various prices. I then was recommended this firm by a neighbour who had a similar problem so I thought this is the firm to go with.They were so professional from start to finish. The gentlemen called to confirm the appointment and even arrived fifteen minutes early to the first appointment to asses the roof. He said he can give me a price on the spot as he had worked on a nearby property. I was happy with quote and instructed the work. On the day of the work commencing they called to confirm that they were on their way and arrived fifteen minutes before the agreed time. The guys didn’t even disturb us and also kept the noise down as we had a new born baby in the house. Once they had finished they didn’t even knock on the door as they thought it would wake the baby up so they called us to let us know that it was all fixed and that they would come back and check the work within 48 hrs before sending an invoice out. I would strongly recomend this firm for any roofing issue.

Casey was very professional, he is a proper roofing specialist and knew what had to be done to fix our felt extension flat roof which was badly damaged and started leaking into the dining area after the stormy season. We had a new fibre glass roof installed in one day and a half by his team, and the process has been smooth from start to finish. Price was fair as well. I would highly recommend this company, a breath of fresh air and reliability - thank you!

With such an important feature as a roof .. you really don't want to take chances. This is the only company I would ever use for my home. Their workers are professional and experienced, no worries about cowboy builders, office staff are very friendly and helpful, if you need your roof patched up right I wouldnt suggest anyone else.

Wanted a quote for a flat roof had called went to answerphone asking to send text so I did that that the next day had another text asking to forward pictures of the roof I said I can’t see the flat roof and what annoyed me what that if I am willing to give you business then at least call me back not communicate through text messages sheer laziness and unprofessional so then I replied back via message I will look elsewhere

If I could I wouldn't even give one star... I have sent them whatsapp on the number given to the website 4 days ago and never heard from a single person! That says a lot about business & customer service.

called and requested an appointment was told the earliest was 1 weeks wait. which I was prepared to do based on google good reviews. The lady took all my details ( I think her name was Amy) including my email address etc and booked me in for Thursday the following week am appointment. I took a day of work to be at home for them at 12noon I called as they had not arrived and was told that nothing had been booked in. no apology or anything and the same lady just hung up. Very frustrating that I had wasted my time when I could have gone elsewhere. unprofessional wouldn't consider them again
