No idea what these monkeys are doing with my parcel. Stayed in on Monday as it was the delivery date, didn't arrive, showed as still being in London via tracker. Not a big deal. Stayed in Tuesday as it was expected to be delivered, tracker said it was out for delivery, then at 18:12 it said delivery had been attempted... No doorbell or phone ring, wasnt even a van outside. Now Wednesday and parcel is showing as delayed with no updates on redelivery.If you order with FedEx expect to not recieve your parcel...

After 4 attempts to use website to arrange collection drove to the office and the very helpful staff found the parcel and we collected it.

Waited in all day for a parcel.System update states package delivery attempted at 16.15.No delivery attempt was made , not even one of there vans on my street as camera covers access.Rather annoyed.

The station manager here is an outright bully, HR don’t care neither do senior managers, might be time to investigate why all your staff are off sick or leaving.. complete shambles

Complete waste of time. Don't bother using this company, there are far better couriers out there. They have had my parcel for two weeks, in this time they have promised to deliver five times and it hasn't even left their depot. I've waited in for approx. two days overall and then they tried delivering, when I told them not to?!? Incompetent to say the least. My parcel has now gone back to sender and he's cancelled the order. Thanks fedex.

Useless, should have delivered packages on Friday, no options to collect, had alternative packages delivered for delivery Wednesday between 910 and 1310, stuck at Newcastle depot, the today Thursday packages ended 160 miles away at the Paisley depot. Now having the packages delivered again by a different courier. Feel sorry for the company I bought from, they have sent out 2 lots to FedEx, and the third thought a competitor. Fingers crossed will get them tomorrow.

What an absolute joke. 5 parcels arrived from Belgium on the 30/3 and we were notified that they would be delivered on the 5/4. I contacted customer service on the 3/4 to advise Fedex that I would need to amend the delivery address as there would be nobody to accept the parcels at the stated address. Customer service accepted the next address and advised that this would add an extra day on to the delivery. I was given a case number and delivery was confrimed for the 6/4. Took the 6/4 off work so I would be there when the delivery took place, they never arrived. Called again on the 8/4 as I was then going away and would need to amend the address again was told the parcels had been moved from Leyland to Newcastle (I live in Manchester???). 3 parcels have been delivered on 3 different days and we are still waiting for the other 2. We are now in breach of contract with our customer and are probably going to lose our biggest customer, being a small company this is going to have a massive detrimental effect on us. Wouldn't even give it 1 star but it wouldn't post without.

Horrible experienceScheduled two times , last Thursday and this Thursday, always no delivery in the schedule day, already 7 days, I have already waste two full day my dayoff day to wait for the parcel but no updates no follow up, although chat with FedEx, they say system marked already requested Thursday delivery but still the parcel not arrivedNo way can contact the depot to see what the issue but only force me to collect in the leyland FedEx station where far away from me 77milesHorrible service horrible system and no way to talk to the customer service at phone, just avoid anyone to complain by phone, never solve the existing issueUpdated statusThe useful and helpful way is email to report parcel late or loss, there be finally someone open file to help me to track the parcel and search it and follow my case, I really appreciate the case the staff handle and she finally find my parcel and delivery to me, the parcel have a new label cover above the original address labelBut the delivery and the depot still not recommendedIt really waste time to handle and wait three whole day for such one parcel as for the business purposes
