Mayflower launderette dry cleaners

Something is wrong with the washing machine. Its looks like rust. There is rust-like marks and yellow dot in my pillow case, bed sheet and duvet. Lovely staff tho but the place wasn't very professional, dirt is everywhere.

Very rude - I got in 5 minutes before they closed due to poor traffic. The guy behind the counter was already counting the till money, didn’t look up but audibly sighed. Didn’t offer any words of welcome or interest in me being there. I didn’t have any cash on me and asked if I could come back in a couple of minutes, he said no, still having not looked at me and with a few added huffs and attitude. I realise it was late but it definitely wasn’t after closing time. Not only did I miss out on my suit for the Christmas party (which I can accept) but the charmless and angry little fella behind the counter made it all the worse. Being treated like a human being is obviously beyond this employees abilities. I won’t be returning.

Excellent service! I've taken normal laundry for a clean & dry on multiple occasions and I have not been left disappointed. Any shirts that I have taken here for dry cleaning have come out very clean and crisp too!

Needed a suit, tie and a dress dry cleaned.They managed to get most, if not all of the water stains out of the dress (polyester) which is said to be practically impossible, 3 piece suit looks like new.Everything done for £31 - was ready for collection as they advised, extremely happy and now looking forward to going to a wedding this weekend.Friendly staff, amazing work, good prices and keep to promises… what more could you want?

Used this to clean both my Moss Bros coat and 2 piece suit. It's worth noting this shop only accepts cash, which I think will annoy some customers. However, you pay on collection. The condition of the shop wasn't very professional and I found they could have gone over the clothes with a lint roller to get rid of excess dust and dirt. I thought the price was reasonable, as I spent just over £20 for all my clothes.

Took a three piece suit and dinner jacket here to be dry cleaned. Suits were very creased when they were returned to the point where they were unwearable. Will have to take them to another dry cleaners to be pressed properly and I’m not even sure that’ll sort it. Never left any kind of review before but felt I had to as this dry cleaner has potentially ruined two decent suits. Would avoid.

Great service, friendly people, jackets came back immaculate, good value for money.
