Can not stress enough about how awful the experience has been with this branch. The van we needed to move house got cancelled the day before meaning we had to make last minute changes. The staff are very rude and extremely unprofessional. After finally getting a van the price we were given at the start was completely different then the price they took out of our account after we took the van back. This is very frustrating and hurtful that they can do this to people. Not how a business should run at all. Please save your money, time and stress by going to another place.

I picked up a vehicle from here in February so we could move house. Everything regarding the rental was fine, but the initial rep I spoke to was very pushy trying to get me to pay to reduce the excess, which showed me it was clearly a commission aspect.My biggest disappointment has been that they have retained £30 of my deposit since. I have made numerous attempts at resolving this, to no avail. I have contacted the branch by phone, been into the branch and contacted head office who told me they would raise a complaint which would be dealt with by the stores area manager within 48hrs. None of this has been done.

That’s all.Enterprise have a contract with Ford to supply vehicles when Ford Customers require a replacement vehicle. My vehicle went in on 29th Nov 23 and on 6th Dec 23 I was still awaiting a vehicle (despite me stating I would accept any vehicle as I just need to get too and from work).Whilst waiting for ANY vehicle, my Ford vehicle has been stored in Preston, a part ordered for a safety recall, arrived & replaced and the vehicle returned to myself.I am currently still awaiting a call from Enterprise to sort a replacement vehicle out for me. I have received multiple calls from them with times to arrive and get a vehicle only for them to phone me shortly beforehand and say “sorry, we don’t have any vehicles available”.I have phoned them multiple times and I’m not 100% sure they have any staff in the office. Their service is “shocking” at best and that’s coming from myself and other people involved in my vehicle’s recall process.Avoid at all cost!!

I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up a van that I was able to sit in but had to wait to leave because of staffing issues. I was told I would receive some free fuel for the trouble. The van then came with no fuel so I had to travel through rush hour traffic to get some. I never did receive any free fuel. All in all it took me 90 minutes to pick up a van and get home for a time sensitive house move something that has previously taken 20 minutes. It wasn't the best experience and definitely not what I'd expect from Enterprise, having had great service in the past.

Hired a vauxhall Corsa for a work trip the car was fantastic and the service was out of this world I will definitely be using again thank you very much.

Twice rented from this place, both times I have had issues with the rental - First one being an email from Zak at 7pm the night before stating my rental due for 9am the next morning would not be available and that they would have a van ready for me at 12pm the next day - no way for me to call or deal with this as its now after business hours. Never the less, I went there the next morning and was handled by Emily who then also had troubles getting us going. The replacement van they were going to offer us failed its test and was needing new brakes - ended up waiting over 4 hours to get a van and set off. No offer of discounts or anything applied to account (give them a chance move on)Second time renting from them, book the van at 3pm for collection at 4.30pm - Ben now calls on this occasion to check we are coming in for the booking and they would have a chat when we arrive - we arrive, surprise, surprise again, no van available but they have to make a plan and get us into a car club van but they need to setup the app and all that stuff first, spent nearly 2 hours waiting around to get going. New employee helping us that isn't quite sure on the processes so errors made but none of the other staff are actually helping him despite there being about 7 of them floating around - branch manager John hanging about on his personal mobile chatting to mates about running late for an after work event... Promised that emails would be sent confirming all sorts of agreements, none actually sent properly to state what we are asking and what we are hiring - no vehicle checks done as should have been.All i can say is this is a problem place, nightmare after nightmare. The attitudes of staff, although not all, is unreal but i guess that's what you get when dealing with young boys, they speak and treat you as a mate and not a client. Just avoid like the black plague..

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had an incredible experience with Enterprise Chester, especially owing to the outstanding service provided by Adrian. Initially faced some challenges with the Enterprise Car Club, but Adrian went above and beyond to ensure those issues were resolved. Because of him, I transitioned seamlessly to renting a car directly from Enterprise. Not only was the service exemplary, but the selection of vans and cars was impressive. Kudos to the team and a special shout-out to Adrian for making the experience memorable. Highly recommend!
