He just grunted an answer and started a conversation with the other staff working there. Not exactly what you need when you're trying to buy something.With 3 staff working there you'd think they'd have a few minutes to assist the customers."

Got gta 5 for my son and u have to download the game to start but only downloads half way and won't work

The staff seemed friendly and helpful here. I bought some films here, so I can't comment on the other products for sale. Some of the newer films seemed a bit overpriced for second hand goods, but I did pick up some older, more reasonably priced titles.

Sold some old console games and other stuff there recently. Excellent service, friendly and helpfull staff and got more than expeced for my items. Will definitely be selling there again.

Took my son's xbox to be repaired. They sent it away to be done, took around 10 days altogether, just as they said. Can't complain about the service, first class, would definitely recommend

Decent customer service overall, but they can be a little snappy with you at times. They barely have any stock.

We take my teenage son here quite often. He loves selling his old games and buying new games. The staff have always treat him well, he's a bit of a chatterbox! The staff are also very knowledgeable about all the products they buy and sell. We'll done Cex Bangor!

Bought a second user Nikon lens. All ok and saved quite a bit on new price so all good

If I need to upgrade or have anything to sell I pop here to get a chance to trade in best part is they do a 24month warranty on laptops and most the game consoles best place
