Just ordered a OnePlus 9pro from this site and it's very misleading firstly you have to read the small print the FAQ and everything to every detail it stated that delivery will take 2 - 6 days to the UK it did not, it took nearly a month, but first I can't speak for other people but the phone is perfect nothing wrong with it says what it is the thing wrong was the delivery date took to long, the customer service was helpful to be honest helped me through everything that was needed, I wouldn't recommend this site I thought I had been scammed but had my product delivered and perfect.4 star customer service.1 star delivery it isn't 2 - 6 days it's nearly a month to over.Do your research before you go onto this site it's misleading.

Terrible. Been nearly 3 weeks and no item and when I phoned he sounded half asleep and didn't even ask my details so could inform me what's happening and then blocked my number so I get cut off when try to call. I fortunately used Amazon pay so they are now trying to get refund. It may be its coming from abroad but at the end of the day he should inform me etjey have no idea whats happening and theg hsgdjg recieved the item to their post offices yet despite it havigg a tracking nunber. Really peeved as this is xmass present my 6 year old daughter. As no communication and I no idea what's happening and after speaking with royal mail and giving the tracking the number they informed me itgey

Useless! I ordered an Apple Watch in September and I’m still waiting, I can’t get hold of them on the phone and they hardly ever reply.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star,Where do I even begin? The delivery was supposed to be 2-6 days , but took a 1-2 months. Even then the order was incomplete and they had an extra £50 fee for that which they didn't mention at all. They don't answer phone calls , and I had to email them several times before they replied and they haven't done anything about it. DON'T PURCHASE FROM HERE - I don't know if the good reviews are all fake but from what I've seen it isn't a proper representation of this company or their products, I need to confirm if my device is even real.

Fake company please avoid i bought samsung tab s6lite on 7th november which arived today n it came from aliexpress china its a Aclass copy of original tab n thy charge me £225 for that plus wrong colour its a fake company thy opened whare house in london once u place oder with them somehow u recieved item from china aliexpress please avoid these scam

My son brought air pod pro max and they are fake. Apple shop confirmed and they won’t refund. Avoid at all cost. Currently taken legal action against this very bad seller !!!!!!!! And trading standards are involved
