Absolutely disgraceful service. We are charged £1.50 per bag and then they aren't collected. Worked well for the first 7 years but last few months the bags have not been collected. This results in the seagulls hacking the bags to pieces leaving rubbish all over the place. After complaining that again they weren't collected I was accused of lying and not putting them out for collection. It's one thing to offer a shoddy service it's another to accuse your customers of lying.***UPDATE***I have read you reply and I am aware that my pick days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For the last 25 years our business hours are from 10am and the 7 years that we have been in this particular building this has never been a problem. We were assured when we commenced the service with yourselves that putting bags out when we open at 10am would not pose a problem as you apparently have regular vans passing our location. Why then is this now becoming a problem. The few months as stated we have had bags not collected and had to bring them back inside soaking wet at the end of the day. The bags couldn't be more visible being on the road side of the small wall right outside our property. The same place that they have ALWAYS been. If you can track your vehicles as you say then you will be able to note that you have not been past our property after 10am which was my initial complaint. I was told that I just hadn't bothered to put the bags out! Your member of staff was rude and accused me of lying. Your reply does nothing to address the problem, just further confirms that you do not offer the service I initially signed up to and the service you promised". Your member of staff did not understand that leaving bags out overnight would be a problem and told me twice that that's exactly what I should do. I have no intention of littering the public highway with more rubbish. Again disgraceful service."

Decent lot up here, loaded with no messing, very efficient weighbridge crew and decent lads up the yard :)

Lads are helpfull and polite. Easy load.

Brilliant place. Polite staff and a clean ish place for a recycling plant.
