These people like other reviews are saying are scam artists. They promised me new doors and windows as well as even solar panels on a government grant.The internal wall insulation was done, badly with work unfinished and I never heard back from them again.I have called them and they refuse to answer the phone, or put you on hold until the call hangs up.They are making money out if the grant scheme by using people.

I had My installation fitted by kasim andMartin, very too polite and professionalmen, explained in detail how and whatthey was doing, they also completed it allin just one days work, I highly recommendthem such a good team. I will be referringmy family and friends for sure.. thanks Guys great value for money

promise u windows, doors just soo u can do the insulation...but then when u do the insulation they dont care... the people that bring the work to u, u claim u dont know them and about their promises...how is that possible when its only through them a team gets sent out to do the insulation

Please please people don't get any jobs done by this company. They don't do what promised leave a mess damage your property and don't answer their phones.They are a con. myself now fighting for my repairs to be done.I myself is going to get in touch with my local MP and get this company looked into .

Horrible service, called three times to book out a Boiler Engineer, and all three times failed to show.. attempted to cancel my account and they still took payment after a month. In the end had to cancel the direct debit through the bank - Not recommended!!

If I could give this bunch of utter cowboys minus stars I would. They are the most unprofessional and inadequate firm I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. They also operate as Ardor Ltd. The office staff are rude and dismissive and frankly tell you a pack of lies on each phonecall. We were promised everything-new doors,windows, insulation, boiler etc. I have spent over a year being constantly let down by them and hours of stress chasing up empty promises. Please AVOID this firm at all costs They need shutting down asap. I'm currently speaking with citizens advice who are appalled at them.

Lovely team, always happy to answer any questions and go out of their way to help. Qasim was amazing, he really made me feel relaxed about the whole procedure. Did their best to keep disruption to a minimum and went out of their way with plenty of requests from my side. Honestly would recommend them 100%

This team definitely doesn’t stick to its promises , it’s all a big scam to get paid by the government they promised me my windows and doors after getting my walls insulation done and now they don’t answer the phone, it’s all sweet talk. I’ve had government funded jobs done before and they all have been professionally trained. And stick to their word, this team had taken 5 days to get three walls insulated and left my house in a mess and still incomplete.

Horrific experience with this company, they promised new windows and solar panels. DO NOT get involved . I had to give one star otherwise I wasn’t allowed to post a comment, I wouldn’t give them any stars
