Lovely shop full of welcoming staff. Greeted as soon as I stepped in the door and did exactly what I asked for on my nails. Highly recommended

After coming here for years.Sadly the sparkle has gone from this shop.Nobody talks much to you.The atmosphere has gone when it used to be such a happy place.Also, they talk to each other all the time in their own language,leaving me wondering what they are talking about!

Absolutely awful, will never use this nail bar again. Beautiful Nails, I don't think so, shoddy service, shoddy job, one of the 3 technicians that did my nails, cut and manicured his own nails in my time . Absolutely appalled, burnt my fingers under the nail dryer, then told I wasn't putting my hand in correctly. This is the first and last time I will use this place and would strongly recommend not to use this place.

Couldn’t recommend enough!Tina gave me a manicure and pedicure, she was so chatty and the attention to detail was brilliant! I wasn’t nipped once, the gel was applied perfectly, and the massaging and scrub on the feet was beautiful! And all for a brilliant price.She was by far the best part of the service! I will be visiting again to see her

I went for a removal and I was waiting half an hour while the shop was almost empty. They left my hands in acetone for a long time. Then proceeded to barely/lazily drill my nails. After three times of having my hands in acetone my hands and nails started to burn very badly. I told them this and all they said was “5 more minutes” by the time they had taken my nails off I had been there an hour and a half and my nails are now cracked, painful and have left acrylic on my nails. Awful service, must be some sort of health and safety violation DO NOT GO HERE!

First time using this salon. Not at all impressed. Used as we were away for a few days I've come home and had to have them are done not filed lumpy polish really poor

Easy to book an appointment, but customer service is on short supply. Mature lady practically shouting on the phone for most of my appointment. No communication with nail technician… she just gestured as to what I had to do. Atmosphere lacking and left feeling as if I was a nuisance and inconvenience rather than a baked customer they wanted to come back. Needless to say I won’t be.

Had a pink shallac done, paint wasn’t taken all the way to the cuticle, no one spoke to me, felt uncomfortable really wasn’t friendly. Then at the end they informed me that I can’t pay on card ( they left it until I went to pay) then asked me to leave my phone while I went to the bank next door. NOT IMPRESSED WONT GO AGAIN

Been coming here for years but last year they seem to be worse, polish is watered down, don't do cuticles anymore, always rushed, don't do a primer before gel application such a shame, everything seems rushed like how much money we can make in a day

Really pleased with the results had a gel nail experience. However 1st visit and disappointed that the staff did not make conversation and spoke in their own language to each other. I am a very friendly lady and found this to be a problem as you certainly don't feel special or pampered. Many more salons to try . After all you pay for a service. Not just their product
