Poor retail. Few staff. Weak price displays probably not compliant with trading standards law. Badly-presented stock. I queued to check the price as it wasn't visible. Bought the item but it felt overpriced. Went back searched harder and found I'd been overcharged by £5. Queued again for refund. No apology. Avoid unless you're desperate.

Looking for a crystal. Type lampshade I bought need to buy another didnt find it . Wandered around the tools need a smaller garden fork a 84 Yr old lady can manage didnt find one .looked for paint pads didnt find them either

Terrible experience. Most people seemed nice, but the one staff member I met at the counter was rude. It is an amazon drop-off point, but this staff member was incredibly unhelpful and refusing to cooperate.I even had amazon on the line. Everything was heard and recorded. Don't want to disclose too much, but it's safe to say I will never be visiting again.

Absolutely disgusting they charge one pound per cut Woods sheetsWhen I ask why they couldn't answer me they said there's always been which is a completely a lie, just another way to rip people off absolutely out of control everything rip off rip off rip off.
