The people were rude, treating you like a prisoner. In the informational email, they said they would provide a sheet of paper and a pencil for notes. We asked the guy for it, and upon our insistence, he started yelling at all of us, saying that the conditions had changed and we wouldn't have it. ALL of them were unprofessional. The person overseeing the exam was impolite, the one checking us seemed like they hadn't taken a bath in weeks. There was a smell in the place that was pathetic, especially for a £200 exam. Unpleasant experience, unpleasant place, unpleasant staff – a disgrace. I would NEVER recommend it, and I even considered taking legal action. Moreover, I will file a complaint on the UK government's page to ensure scrutiny of the providers they endorse, given this absolute incompetence.

I’ve booked a test on 9th January to be taken place in March and I’ve not received the confirmation since. I called them a number of times and no one really cares to resolve my problem, just ask to call another day. They are really quick to get your money tough. Totally scam.

Total scammer. I booked but luckily we use PayPal and we had our money back. This is unacceptable. How is that possible. Very rude on the phone. And asking me questions how is possible I can’t afford this amount to pay him. We booked test in Bristol and after we paid they change the location in Cardiff. Don’t trust total lost.

The worst place to book your test they will take your money and then will stop communicating with you they will tell you so many lies and cause you problems with your visa please avoid to save yourself so much hassle

This is a scam company they don’t book anything for you they just take your money and keep making false promises and make you turn up to the test centre they say it’s cancelled stay well away if you do fall victim to them contact your bank or who ever you paid through and you should get your money back

One of the worst experiences ever. Originally booked for with LanguageCert Southampton and was told they cannot do Southampton A1 test so we were told to go to Birmingham (130 miles away from where we are). We travelled all the way to Birmingham, when we got there at 2.15 for a 2.30 test not once were we told there was a problem, the man told her to sit down and wait which she did. They claimed they called her name multiple times which they did not and then magically apparently found her to tell her she cannot do the test which, the worst thing is after we booked with this company we were nervous about reading the reviews but told ourselves everything will be ok, I really wish we had not booked now the fight to get a full refund, I was also called a liar when I sent a written message about the awful experience. Please book your tests with Trinity college!
