Went in on Sunday 19th November at 3.15pm and some lad serving literally rolled his eyes when people come in. Didn’t say hello, just waited for the customer to say their order. I get it’s not your dream job but being polite is literally what you’re paid for. It’s so embarrassing on their part.I don’t know who it was but they’d be gone in a second if I saw that as the manager.

Like other reviews have commented; same as all the rest, but I do find the staff very accommodating, friendly and patient whilst my young autistic son chooses his meal. Always clean and tidy with very good hygiene practices.The only thing worthy I could otherwise note, is that I dont believe it's right for staff to be working on their own as it appears to me that they are. NOT good practice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!This establishment is AWFUL! Treat staff like dirt, food is sub par and so is the service (from the manager). Staff are mostly school leavers and not really interested in being at work, this is obvious by the lack of effort and customer service. I’ve heard staff say the milk is out of date but being used anyway, seen ROTTING SALAD, and the manager is a prick!

Good service, affordable food. Young lady put new toilet roll in bathroom then washed her hands thoroughly then sanitised them, good hygiene standards. Gloves worn whilst serving food.

Shocking customer service. Ordered a delivery via JustEat & the order was incorrect, late & stone cold. Phoned the store & it was agreed the next order I place would be free for the inconvenience. I’m then told weeks later when I order again that basically that phone call never happened the way I said & that nothing would be done for I’m the inconvenience of paying £20 for food that could not be eaten.

Hi this afternoon while me and my dad were sat in subway this gang of kids sat in their not even buying any food. Then they came back in again eating something from a different food place. I don't think gangs shouldn't be allowed in unless they are buying a sandwich from their. Thanks Natalie mounsey.

Went there during the lunch time rush a few weeks ago. Only one staff member, bless her, but she was very courteous and very impressively managed so many customers at once! Would be good if an extra staff member could be on board for lunch time to make sure one employee doesn't bear the brunt of it all. Food was fine, it's subway.

Qas nice and modern was the first time we ate here. Card machine was down but they gave enough notice so people could go and get cash from the machine outside.
