Made a call at 2pm today , Receptionist was wonderful and i was seen by Dr Clair by 4.30pm with a flare up of an ankle problem, She was brilliant and very thorough.Great work from everyone at the surgery. Thank you

My father has been a patient of this practice for many years. Due to complex conditions and mobility difficulties I now attend appointments with him, and communicate with the practice on his behalf. The treatment and care he receives is exemplary, particularly against the background of very high level of pressure on the health service. There is usually a wait to get through on the phone, but reception staff are always polite, helpful and reliable. Dr Sachdeva is extremely knowledgeable and ensures my Dad has thorough assessment and optimum treatment. I am so grateful for the care of this gp practice

Nice clean practice. Large car park. On site pharmacy. However, biggest negative has got to be the appointment booking service. 8am is like trying to buy Glastonbury tickets. Hour of 'line busy' calls, and then when you eventually get through at 11am, no more same day service available, unless extremely severe, then they recommend going to the hospital instead. It's no wonder people are misdiagnosing themselves with treatments read on Google etc, genuinely require the medical advice from those with the qualifications and years of practice. Please review the booking service, it's really letting the practice down

Great service, been with the practice since I was little and now my children are with the practice. I've always had consistency with my GP and she never fails to sort issues out as quickly and thoroughly as possible. If an appointment is necessary, we are always seen. Thank you.

Used to love my surgery but now they don't seem to care about us at all. Rude and unhelpful reception staff, all they want you to do is ring at 8 in the morning and when you do finally get through you are subjected to a 20 minute recorded message which hasn't been changed for 2 years. One phone line and no email address. You are offered a telephone consultation in two weeks time. My telephone consultation was on a crackly mobile with someone I had never heard of - agreed to see me the next day at 3.20 on Friday which I repeated twice. Got out of my sick bed to attend my appointment only to be told the unknown Dr. had put my appointment down for 1.20 and I had missed it! He was no longer there (half day or doing his paper work?) no one else could see me (there were 3 people in the waiting area) and was told by the nasty receptionist to ring at 8 on Monday. After never being late or missing an appointment in the last 15 years, could the receptionist/GP not have called to check why? I could have been there in 5 mins or maybe I was lying dead at home and maybe they could have checked? Very disappointing.

Is what its is with the current work ethic in the country. Reception staff are brilliant. Doctors depends on who you see, some are brilliant others well say no more

Been a patient here for years. Near impossible to get an appointment these days.Staff seem to not care when they answer the phone. Even if you're first in que the phone rings for half an hour before anyone answers, if that. I get its probably tedious answering a phone all day but then, get a new job to be honest... Gone downhill. Been there since I was a baby I'm now 31.. it used to be amazing. Not so great anymore which is a shame.

Absolute rubbish gp surgery sick daughter can never get an appointment, works full time told to ring at 8am only to be told no appts. Disgusting service would leave minus stars if I could. Unhelpful and rude staff, does not care about its patients

Great surgery with really knowledge healthcare providers, but......can't get an appointment for over a month when I've been called by the surgery to book in for one! Diaries not open for the following month so still no wiser after a 40m wait on the phone.Difficult to get through to speak to anyone and often get a frustrated person when you do get through. I get the phone lines must be a tough job with that many people calling.I know times are tough and everyone is short staffed, but empathy is important. Patients only call if there's something wrong and the attitude on the end of the phone (positive or negative) can make a big difference. Sadly sometimes more negative lately.
