It's the small details that count! Was referred here by 2 different people who also owned Mercedes cars and I wasn't disappointed. Not only did they do a good job with servicing my vehicle, but it was the little 'extras' (such the courtesy car, wiping down the interior and even giving the exterior a bit of a polish) that make all the difference. They never boasted about these extras and never used them to entice me in - they were merely a discrete little perk that I guess they must do for all their customers. Price wise, I think they're pretty competitive when you compare to a Merc garage, and they definitely have just as much expertise and kit. Overall was very pleased and would feel confident coming here again. Thanks again to the JG team for a top job.

I have been using John Griffiths in Caversham since 1999. They are a fantastic local garage and always deal with me and my wife politely and efficiently. Fortunately the work is mostly routine servicing and wear and tear items. On the two occasions where something broke, they fixed it promptly and the cost was fair. I am on my fifth Mercedes now and a big part of that decision is having a great independent Mercedes garage that I can trust. 20 years of happy Mercedes ownership underpinned by having John Griffiths to look after my cars over those years.

I had a small problem (one screw fall and the bottom of the car sometimes touching the surface. Can be solved easily with just adding a screw) with my mercedes and it was an urgent one to be repaired. I have been to the place and the receptionist has done everything to ignore me. She said everyone was busy and she cannot help me. (Then I took my car to “Star” in Caversham and they sorted the problem in 10 minutes, they did not even ask for payment) Hence If you want to be ignored and want to be not cared you can visit this mercedes center. If you value your time, respect for your car and yourself NEVER be there. I am unlucky to visit them today. Strongly not adviced the John Griffiths ltd.

A very good independent Mercedes specialist.Excellent service - collect / deliver / courtesy car. Always comes back from a service clean and sparkling, even with tyre wall black - nice touch.Their expertise and friendly advice means they’re always a pleasure to deal with.The prices are fair and reasonable and I have complete confidence in recommending them.

Upon reading the reviews was shocked to see some of them i took a c class here for a nox sensor some time back and never had a issue they dealt with my warranty no problems also i had them look at a a class as car was scraping was advised its just a low car put air in tyres and notified me of steering arm slightly bent very helpfull
