Very professional friendly company. Turned up every day without exception whatever the weather. Cleaned up after themselves everyday. Excellent quality of work, finished on time and to quoted price even having helped with a few additional issues. The picture is them completely cleaning my entire house on the last day. Who does that? Personally wont even think of using anyone else.

Will and his team at Aspec have just completed a fantastic job on our house. We have had a leak at the top of our Victorian house ever since we moved in. It only occurs after very persistent driving rain. We had previously had work done by stonemasons, roofers and other specialists in an attempt to address the issue, but to no avail (infact more issues seem to have arisen along the way!) Having spent a lot of time researching I contacted Will to discuss the problem. He listened to the story and quoted for the required work. This included restoring the bath stone at the apex of the property, removing concrete which was contributing to the issue, repointing with lime mortar and a significant amount of interior work including replastering around a port hole window.I have to say we were so impressed by how hard Will and his team worked on the job. They were incredibly professional, punctual, polite and tidy and a real pleasure to have working on the house. The work was done mainly to fix the very significant intermittent leak but we have ended up with the front of the house being restored to its former glory and the inside of the house is also transformed. The quote was also very fair for the amount of work done.We may not know for some months whether the problem has been resolved completely, but I have great faith that the work will at the very least make a huge difference. I'm sure for Will and his team this was a relatively small job but to us it is a really big thing. Hopefully it means that after years of issues we can finally make proper use of parts of the house and repair and decorate other areas that have also been damaged.We would thoroughly recommend Aspec builders based on our experience and certainly intend to have them back to do more work for us in the near future. Will and his team have done a fantastic job on removing the paint and repairing the bath stone on our house. His quote was very competitive and the team worked hard to get the job done and cleaned down every day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, so much so that I have asked Will to quote for some further work.

Will and his team have just completed work on our house . They removed paint from our bay and repointed the whole front of the house with lime mortar. We are very pleased with the work. They have done a very good job and were always rrespectful of our property and of us. They all work very well together as a team and once they started the job they worked consecutive days ( not weekends). We will definitely have them back for further work.

We are absolutely thrilled with the craftsmanship and attitude of Will, Gavin, Tom, Billy and the rest of the team on our recent garden reconstruction. This was a big job, with 5 retaining walls, two of which are curved, remodelling of steps, new decking, fencing, and rendering throughout. The quality of their work and attention to detail has been superb and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We also want to say that these guys were very easy to work with; from the outset, they were approachable, friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were a pleasure to have around. They were straightforward and communicated really well, to ensure there were no surprises and that our additional requests were handled fairly and sensibly. These guys really took pride in their work and did their best to ensure we are happy customers. We have no hesitation in fully recommending them and we’ll certainly be glad to use them again. Wanted to leave a review to say thank you A.spec Building! We are really happy with all the work.A.spec were really easy to work with. We saw some of their work locally on Gladstone Road and got in touch with them.I was really nervous about choosing a builder but since meeting Will and his team they've been really professional and easy to work with.I've added some photos of the works. They repointed and cleaned the front brickwork and stone, as well as rendered and finished the front gable with mock tudor wood effect boards. On the back they fixed all the cracked masonry, painted it all, repaired and cleaned the windowsills and done a whole load of other odd jobs for us. We only needed the upper half of the back of house done as we are hoping to have a ground floor extension next year.We had to add a few extra jobs on and they were really understanding. Whenever they were meant to be here they were, without any issues.Since they have completed our job, we've had our neighbours wanting their number for stonemasonry and friends also ask for their details.They have been so good we are hoping we can get them to do our extension next year. They come highly recommended.

We are so glad to have chosen A.spec to do the work on the front of our house. Will and all of his team have been very professional throughout and have worked efficiently, cleaning up after themselves and making sure that our neighbours’ houses were cleaned of any mess too.
