Phoned Kenmore last night as I had water coming through ceiling. Steve was here within 30 mins and did emergency repair. Came back today and repaired problem. Very pleased

Steven has been my go to roofer for the last 10 years for the following reasons:He does what he says he will doHe is polite, hard working, uncomplaining and get the work doneIs always on timeVery reasonably pricedHe is council approvedI very rarely recommend companies as i haven't had the best history with trades, but I feel very comfortable recommending this company.

Steven came to view the guttering issue and within the same day a replacement downpipe was installed and secured to the property. From initial enquiry to fix, the issue was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Thank you for responding to our emergency call out at 4am this morning to rescue our kitten from the roof of the house.
