Riverside Chinese Restaurant
First time in Ireland, came across this Restaurant and ordered a takeaway.I ordered a Singapore noodles, wonton soup, boiled rice and beef and black bean sauce.Wonton soup was refreshing, you can taste the prawns with a bouncy/crunch in every bite.Singapore noodles were very tasty, plenty of spice with nice flavour.The beef was lovely and soft cooked perfectly with enough chilli, fragrant black bean aroma.The boiled rice was also cooked perfectly, individual grains of rice just enough stickiness and pleasant rice aroma.Highly recommended this restaurant, it is definitely not your average chinese takeaway, price of meal is reflected in the quality. Would happily return for another meal.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner, he shouted at some poor girl for just doing her job absolute melt. Food was straight out of of Chernobyl, I actually felt as if I was going to die of radiation poisoning. Dorty tip of a restaurant""

DONT GO!!! The atmosphere and food was awful. The decor is out dated and daggy, just like the food. Asked for the noodles to be heated as they came out cold and the girl microwaved the bowl. Food was bland and sad looking. Save yourself the money and dont get it.

Totally discussed waiter servicing our food mixed everyone's up.then she spilled food on our daughter's hand and clothes. Never even offered her ice or anything for the burn.when I spoke to the manager he sayed he would look at his camera's and get back to me,which am still waiting.will never be back in it again,need a good revamp.

I visit when in the area. Never had bad food here.If busy yes there can be serving hiccups. Boss man is typical Chinese and not cheeky as some say. It is just his way.My fav starter is prawn cocktail. Cold and refreshing and good portionLove it.For mains I usually have sizzling Cantonese prawns or beef. Really nice sauce and the fried rice is light and non greasy.After an Irish coffee goes down well.Staff are generally helpful and place is clean. Prices are a lot lower than elsewhere for good food. I fully recommend it and I eat all over Northern Ireland. Try it.

The young girl who served us was amazing. As I requested GF she definitely made my experience most enjoyable and she was so helpful in making sure food was suitable for me. Also her personality just shone through.

Horrible experience. Extremely rude staff. Found hair in food, reported it to the owner because table service was practically non-existent. Owner became aggressive and refused to do anything. Shouting at female customer in front of other customers is a bad look. Absolutely disgusted at the poor and intimidating behaviour. I have never been spoken to like this before. My friend was left shaken and in tears. Avoid this place as much as possible. 02/06/23
